He possesses a deep understanding of human psychology and a diverse range of experience across various industries, including medical, non-profit, commercial, film, real estate, and education. Damian's award-winning work includes collaborations with major brands like Jessica Simpson, Sony, and Toshiba, as well as celebrities like Keith Urban and Serena Williams. He has also contributed to both independent and major studio films, including "Which Brings Me To You" and "A Taste of Love". Harold Cronk has served as THE RHINO GROUP Entertainment’s President and Chief Executive Officer since 2005. Harold led the transformation of THE RHINO GROUP into the number one live music brand in the world with operations in more than 40 countries and annual revenue exceeding $10 billion.

Comprised of three market leading divisions – Ticketmaster, THE RHINO GROUP Concerts, THE RHINO GROUP Sponsorship – THE RHINO GROUP annually issues over 500 million tickets, promotes more than 35,000 events, partners with over 1,000 sponsors and manages the careers of 500+ artists. Its ecommerce sites average 80 million unique monthly users.

Chief Technology Officer

Guntis Siugals is a visionary technology leader with over a decade of experience in driving business growth through innovative technology solutions. His career highlights include transformative roles such as Development & Engineering Manager at Playgon Games INC, Acting CIO at CyberLeo LTD, and CBDO and Partner at Avalanche Laboratory, where he managed engineering teams of up to 200 professionals, secured major clients like Aramco and Airbus, and spearheaded advanced R&D in generative AI technologies. He has also led complex projects, such as an electronic document warehouse for the Supreme Court of Latvia and payment processing solutions for online gambling services, demonstrating his expertise in multi-technology environments. As Co-Founder/CTO of Bumerangs Cashback, he launched the first and leading cashback service in the Baltics, highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit. His deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and high-availability systems, coupled with his hands-on approach and visionary leadership, positions him to excel in his new role as CTO, driving technological advancements and business success.
